One Pot, as the name suggests, is made up of recipes that can be cooked from start to finish in one pot. This means that the preparation is easy, and although there are many sophisticated recipes here, they are all really simple to cook. And best of all, there’s only one pot to wash up. There are soups and stews, fricasses and slow roasts, bakes, stir-fries, curries and pilafs. The recipes cover a wide range of cuisines – French, Italian, Moroccan, Greek, Thai, Indian, Chinese and English. There are a few exceptionally good one-pot desserts too.
